Home Remedies for Diabetes

 

Ancient Sri Lankan's avoided diabetes by being active throughout the day . 
These practices also helps to lower the risk of diabetes .


•Cutting a piece of Aloe Vera and placing inside a cup of water at night , and consuming it in the following morning.
Drinking tea made out of the tender leaves of Jack tree (waraka) which were dried by wind.
Boiling pieces of the bark of Black Plum tree with water and drinking as a tea will reduce body sugar levels instantly and will reduce the risk of diabetes. 
( Drink once a week , do not consume on a daily basis )
