Gastritis is a common problem for people nowadays. These practices and remedies will reduce the risks of Gastritis.
1). Drinking a cup of water after
and before sleeping .
2). Eating aloe-Vera stem (fleshy
part ) with bee honey .
4). Wearing comfortable clothes
instead of tight clothes will help the body and mind to relax lowering the risks of getting gastritis.
5). Taking raw Undupiyaliya leaves & washing thoroughly with water and salt water (to disinfect germs and pollutants ) and drinking 1/2 of a tea cup early in the morning for 3 days will greatly decrease Gastritis.
6). Drinking king-coconut water will heal stomach wounds which are painful , eating the edible fleshy part of the king-coconut will increase the effects . king-coconut water will also help the body to cool down and relax .
7). No one would believe that Eating cooked Ash Plantain (Alu kesel) , Lotus root potato (Nelum Ala) is a remedy for Gastritis , but it is, as said in Ayurveda Medicine . You can find many delicious recipes for cooking these in YouTube.
8).Brown Rice(red rice) Porridge - Raw Brown rice (2 cups) + Coconut milk(2 cups) + chopped Aloe-Vera stem(fleshy part) . Drinking this for a week will magically cure gastritis as said in Ayurveda. ( Many porridge recipes also can be found online. )
